The devices sold consist of a mix of 2-, 3- and four-bedders, at a range of $1,550 psf to $1,650 psf.
The profile of buyers were primarily those staying in the western part of Singapore, claims UEL.
Dairy Farm Residences notes the very first new condo offering in the Dairy Farm area given that The Skywoods was released in 2013. The Skywoods is a 420-unit, 99-year leasehold condominium.
